Red Wine Marinade

Yields ~1/3 cups of marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp coarse ground black pepper

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients, stirring well until blended.
  • Choose a delicious Snow Creek Ranch Sirloin, Chuck, or Tri Tip
